Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services are added to meet client demand. The team grows to include a field supervisor role to support quality consistency.
In response to requests from small business clients, office cleaning is formally added to the service offering. The first commercial recurring client is signed.
Following several requests after local renovation projects, a post-renovation cleaning service is introduced with specific protocols for fine dust, debris, and surface residue.
